The Music and Movement program is a program for children ages 3½ – 5 years and their parents or caregivers. All are welcomed to join us for a fun-filled time including songs, rhymes, basic gymnastics, and more. Children and adults should wear comfortable clothes and a pair of sneakers. The program focuses on incorporating physically active living experiences into your daily family experience.
