Recipes are shared, new foods are tried, and handy tips for stretching that grocery dollar are discussed. The focus is on healthy choices that are available within a limited budget. The group will take place in the kitchen. The group will be held at Family Place, Sydney on Thursday, January 29th only. All other sessions will be held at the New Waterford Community Wellness Centre.
