Family Fun Yoga - Judique

Family Fun Yoga is focused on learning new ways to communicate with your child and teaching them some easy poses that you can do together. We will strive to find the balance between technique and enjoyment, a middle ground between a fun, silly activity and the deeper purpose of the practice. Talking, laughing, and other expressions are great, while teaching the basics of the purpose of the poses and breathing. All are welcome.
