Crock Pot Cooking - New Waterford

A program designed to help parents and caregivers learn how to make healthy food choices for their families using a crock pot. Recipes are shared, new foods are tried, and handy tips for stretching that grocery dollar are discussed. The focus is on healthy choices that are available within a limited budget. The group will take place in the kitchen at the New Waterford Community Wellness Centre. Upon completion of the program, all participants who have attended the full program will receive a crock pot.
